Ashley Stevenson (FKA Arthur Jnr) debuted his new project, The Last Trip To Gandahar, with a groover by the name of “R136” on City Fly Records’ (which he co-runs with his pals Jonna, J’Shez and Darran P) In House EP earlier this year. The move sees the Leicester, UK-based producer taking a cool, MPC-laced dip into the realm of disco and soul-sampling house music.

His debut EP, Echoes of Paradise, dropped on Better Listen Records in November 2016. The four track release is chock-full of jazz funk and disco soul aesthetics and serves as a sweet taster for what’s to come from the producer. Expect nothing less than disco paradise when taking a trip to Gandahar.
